Class Descriptions
Our studio classes are a great way to advance your child's yoga practice whether new to yoga or if they have had an introduction in a school program. We cater to beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. We welcome all children of all abilities. If you have a child with special needs please inquire about which class would be the best fit.
All our classes are structured and follow a traditional yoga style including Warm Up, Sun A, Sun B, Movement, Balancing, Stretching, Mindfulness & Relaxation. We focus on the real names of the yoga poses while infusing creativity & fun in the class to keep kids- teens engaged.
The Yoga portion of our program is the main focus in our 1hr classes. The Art is a small part of the class (5-10 min.). We focus 50/50 on Art/Yoga in our 2-3hr Yoga & Art Camps! Art is not included in the Tween-Teen classes.
Students enrolled receive their own art & yoga bundles to use for class each week. Materials are not shared among other students and are stored at the studio for your child to use each week. For our Youth/ Pre Teen Classes we do supply a sanitized set of block and straps for your child to use each week. We do recommend you purchase your own set to bring each week.
Adult + Child Art & Yoga
A playful yoga class crafted for child & adult to do together. 45 min. class which Includes Yoga + Art
2 1/2-5yrs Art & Yoga
Independent (drop off) and structured educational themed yoga class infused with fun props, dance, movement, instruments and music to help them stay engaged. Class includes Warm Up Poses, Sun A, Yoga Movement, Balancing Poses, Cool Down & Class ends with a peaceful relaxation & mindfulness. 1hr Class which includes Yoga + Art
*We do have a few “transitional” classes where parents are allowed to sit in for the first 1-3 classes for a transitional period if the student has a hard time with drop off. Please reach to us for options.
Art, Yoga & Aerial Play 3-6yrs
This class is to give our younger students an introduction to the aerial equipment at a low height setting. We focus on teaching safety in the equipment- how to get in and out safely and safety overall in a fun and engaging way. The class is Independent (drop off) and are playfully themed. Class includes Yoga on the Mat with Warm Up Poses, Sun A, Yoga Poses, Yoga Play, Swinging & Games in the Aerial Equipment at a low height setting. Balancing Poses & Cool Down on the Mat & Class ends with a peaceful relaxation & mindfulness laying in the aerial swings. 1hr Class which includes Yoga + Art
Low Fly Aerial Yoga Low Fly 4-6yrs
Independent and structured educational themed yoga class. Equipment is hung at a low height setting. Class includes Warm Up Poses on the mat to warm up the body, Aerial Poses at a Low Height Setting, Aerial Yoga Play and Creative Movement, Flying, Balancing Aerial Poses, Cool Down Aerial Poses in the Equipment at a Low Height Setting. Class ends with a peaceful relaxation & mindfulness laying in the aerial swings. 1hr Class which includes Yoga + Art
The main difference between between Aerial Play combo is this class offers more “yoga poses” in the aerial equipment and we will begin to advance the class when they are ready adding more aerial poses.
Aerial Yoga for Youth Ages
The equipment is designed to elongate the spine and assist students to get in to their yoga poses. The equipment acts as a tool to assist your child and feel good in their body and each yoga pose. We focus on a full 1hr class with Warm Up, Core Work, A time to Fly and/or learn a Cool Aerial Pose, Balancing Aerial Poses, Cool Down Aerial Poses, Breathing Exercises & Peaceful Relaxation & Mindfulness- all in our Aerial Swings. 1hr Class with Yoga + Deep Relaxation. Swings sanitized after each use.

Aerial Yoga for Pre Teen Ages
The fabric is more of a stretch and flexible material allowing for more movement, flexibility and advancement. We focus on a full 1 hr class which includes: Warm up w/ Silks, Core Work w/ Silks, Upper body warm up w/ Silks, Breath Work throughout the class, A peak aerial yoga pose we are working on, a time to fly and be creative, Inversion (hanging up side down), Balancing Poses w/ Silks, Cool Down aerial poses and deep relaxation w/ oils and massages (always optional)!
Yoga on the Mat for Youth/Pre Teen Ages
Structured Yoga Class with positive intentions and themes geared towards teen ages. We focus on a full 1hr class on the Mat (non aerial) with Warm Up, Sun A, Sun B, Balancing, Cool Down Poses & Peaceful Relaxation & Mindfulness. 1hr Class with Yoga + Deep Relaxation
